The view from our room was directly onto the gorgeous mountains in Queenstown and waking up to this view was a real pleasure. The location of the hotel was a very short walk to the centre of town and bustling with life. We could even catch a glipse of the Friday night fireworks off our balcony. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the internet worked really well if you need to do some work. The parking on premises was a great plus as well. The heating in the apartment was great and the beds were very comfortable. The added daily cleaning service was just wonderful!

Check in was super efficient, friendly and helpful. We had to shift rooms due to our separate bookings, and they put our bags directly into the new room (we left it in the luggage room). Great views, short walk into the centre part and on the bus route to Arrowtown (Bus #2 right outside the hotel), Airport (Bus #2), Glenorchy and everything else. has a restaurant and bar however, we didn't try it. Nothing was a bother. Would stay there again (had our 5 yr old grandson with us).

The room was spacious and the beds were some of comfiest beds my wife and I have ever slept on in a hotel. Daily room service was also great. Other helpful things included the spacious lounge for guests on the bottom floor plus laundry/dryer (coin operated) facilities on site. There's also a bus stop handily in front of the hotel.

The room really nice as well , we stayed with a baby so I requested a crib for the little one and was pretty good , baby sleep on it bc was comfortable. The tall men at reception was really nice with us , always helping us with the baby pram. Nice attention!
